As of now, my soft yet crispy cookies come in two basic flavors; butter vanilla and butter confetti. Each cookie is decorated with royal icing flavored delicately with vanilla and lemon juice. The combination of sweet vanilla with a bit of tangy essence makes these treats a balance of amazing flavor... or so I'm told.
I only use the best ingredients for my cookies. Fresh, local and baked with wholesomeness is my number one priority. Once my dough is made, I create your treats within a few days (Most of the wait is drying time for the icing) Unfortunately, The option for gluten-free is not in the cards. My kitchen would have to be a completely gluten-free environment.
